When I created the updated version of this book in 2020, I also created an eBook version.  However, my opinion of eBooks has soured greatly since then, and I've decided to no longer offer it.

Some of the reasons;

• Author compensation.  With physical books, there's a fixed cost to print and distribute.  Any price above this is paid to the author.  With eBooks, the pricing structure is different, and a percentage is take out, regardless of it's price.
• Arbitrary demands.  There's a fruit company out there, that demands that every single eBook that's allowed in their app store, have the price end in '99'.  For example, a price of $12.99 is OK, but a price of $12.95 is not.  In addition to this demand, they also demand that the price in their store, NOT be higher than other places.  This forces most eBook prices to end in '99', regardless of where it's sold.
• Privacy.  It is my impression, that many of the devices people use to read their eBooks on, monitor what the user is reading (in great detail).  A person should have just as much privacy when reading an eBook, as they would a paperback book.
• Digital book burning.  It should be literally impossible (via laws and software API), for companies to have the capability to digitally remove an eBook from your device.
